By accessing this website, any sub-domains and using any of the software provided, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use gust.network GmbH's website, services or software, if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to the Terms and Conditions: "User", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "gust.network", “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the candidate and ourselves, or either the user or ourselves.

gust.network is a decentralized protocol for the creation, management, sharing and access of digital identities. Candidates host their data privately and use gust.network to manage and share their professional identity. They can provide or revoke access to their personal information via our decentralized protocol. Any company or recruiter (hereinafter called ‘solicitor’) can use our open source API to connect with gust.network and request candidates to access their data. As a shared, talent network with full data ownership in the hands of candidates, gust.network empowers an inclusive ecosystem for the entire recruitment and talent acquisition industry. gust.network offers a free, open source sourcing tool with optional applicant tracking system that can be upgraded with additional features and a monthly subscription plan.

For candidates

The following terminology applies to the Terms and Conditions section for candidates: "Candidate", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "gust.network", “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the candidate and ourselves, or either the candidate or ourselves.

Description of service

gust.networks offers the candidate a tool to host their professional identity profile and share it with interested recruiters and HR applications. The candidate has sole control and responsibility of the information included in the public and private section of the professional identity profile. The public profile is openly accessible by all parties using gust.network, while access to the private profile relies on individual permission of the candidate.

As soon as you have set up your professional identity profile, recruiters may see the anonymous, public section of your profile by searching for attributes similar to the information you provided. You may receive legally non-binding requests from these recruiters to access the private section of your profile.

You can specify a token amount as reimbursement for the provision of your data. This token amount is part of your public profile and mandatory for recruiters to pay for accessing your private section.

You can independently choose to provide or revoke access to your private data. As you host your professional identity, gust.network only serves as communication protocol between you and the solicitor.

Candidate rights and obligations

The use of the service of gust.network is free-of-charge for the candidate. Any costs associated with complementary services of third parties or fees for exchanging tokens into other currencies are not part of gust.network’s offer or responsibility.

You can choose, at any time, to revoke access to your private profile or delete your profile. No correspondence with gust.network is necessary to terminate connection with the protocol.

You always have to keep your profile updated and must not provide untrue information.

Use of candidate data

You host your profile, which means you own and control your data. gust.network does not use candidate data, instead gust.network serves as the infrastructure for candidates to share their data with recruiters and HR applications. gust.network has no control or responsibility how recruiters or HR applications use candidate data.

For solicitors

The following terminology applies to the Terms and Conditions section for solicitors: "Solicitor", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "gust.network", “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the solicitor and ourselves, or either the solicitor or ourselves. “Customer” or “ Customers” refers to subscribers of the premium sourcing tool.

Description of service

gust.networks offers the solicitor a chance to find qualified candidates swiftly and transparently and to reduce the cost and effort associated with the recruitment process. gust.network does not guarantee any results or performance improvements from using the service.

There are two versions of the gust.network sourcing tool. A free version and a premium version for recruiters with a monthly subscription plan.

gust.network is entitled to offer the services to anyone, include the customer’s competitors (or potential competitors). Protection against competitors is excluded.

The solicitor can scan the public profiles of candidates for free, but needs to pay a token amount, specified by the respective candidate, and the candidate’s permission to access the private profile of the candidate.

The solicitor receives free access to a candidate’s private profile, if the candidate has directly applied for a job or proactively provided the solicitor with access to the private data.

Tokens can be purchased using the gust.network sourcing tool. The solicitor has no right to redeem tokens in exchange for FIAT currency from gust.network. Tokens are the method of payment on gust.network and can be exchange on 3rd party exchange systems.

gust.network has no control or responsibility of the activities of third party applications or exchanges.

This Agreement will remain in effect as long as you have an active subscription for the premium version of our service. If you elect to use the free version, you can terminate the agreement at any time.

After such 30-day period or if your subscription is terminated due to your nonpayment , gust.network shall have no obligation to maintain any Data and shall thereafter, unless legally prohibited to do so, delete all of your Data contained in gust.network’s systems or otherwise in its possession or under its control.

You are solely responsible for your Data, and all uses of your Data that occur through your account.

Payment Terms

Your subscription to the service renews automatically for the same term selected upon initial payment (e.g., month-to-month, annual, etc.). You may change your subscription term at any time by contacting gust.network using one of the methods set forth in the Contact Information section below. If you are paying by credit card, your credit card will be charged once a month for monthly subscriptions and at the time your annual subscription payment has been depleted based on your number of employees and subscription to the service. gust.network will email you a receipt when your card has been charged. If your card cannot be charged, gust.network will notify and you will need to update your payment information. In the event you do not update your payment information within 30 days of gust.network’s notice, your access to the service may be suspended and you will need to update your card information in order to resume use of the service. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service.

Annual subscription pricing requires a one-year minimum commitment. If you cancel your full subscription, or your subscription is suspended for nonpayment, before the end of the one-year commitment period, you will no longer qualify for annual subscription pricing and you will be charged the difference between the monthly and annual commitment pricing for the number of months your subscription was active. If you cancel only a portion of your subscription, you may still qualify for annual pricing and the prepaid amounts attributed to that portion will be used against other services to which you have subscribed.

gust.network may at any time, upon notice of at least 90 days, or a longer period if required by Applicable Law, change the price of your subscription or any part thereof, or institute new charges or fees. Price changes and institution of new charges implemented during your annual subscription period will come into effect for any subsequent annual subscription periods and to all new subscribers after the effective date of the change. If you do not agree to any such price changes, then you must cancel your subscription and stop using the service prior to the commencement of the renewal subscription period for which the price change applies.
